When a customer borrows, restaurant staff needs to check the borrow confirmation page in the customer’s ReCube App. When a customer returns, restaurant staff needs to scan QR codes on the returned reusables. These processes take only a few seconds and are designed to be simple and efficient.
Our reusable containers are dishwasher safe, and can be cleaned following the same standards as other dine-in tableware. Additionally, the simple design of our containers makes them easy to clean.
No worries, customers may have returned the container to other partner restaurants. For late returns, the customers will be held accountable for charges incurred.
Our system allows real-time tracking of the inventory of each partner restaurant, so we can monitor whether there is a shortage or excess of ReCube Reusable Tableware. The system will inform ReCube when there is shortage or excess, and ReCube will make arrangements.
