Order Information
Please place your order at least 10 working days in advance. After submitting the form, we will process it as soon as possible and provide you with an invoice. Please complete the payment and provide a deposit slip or transfer record to confirm your order within 5 working days before the event. If it’s particularly urgent, you can indicate this in Section 4 of the form.
We accept the following payment methods:
1. Bank Transfer
2. Faster Payment System (FPS)
3. Credit Card, Apple Pay, and Google Pay (with a 3.3% transaction fee)
4. Purchasing Card

No refunds will be issued after order confirmation, so please carefully review your requirements before placing your order.
Arrange Staff Assistance
Absolutely! We can arrange staff to assist with managing the tableware on-site during the event. Their duties will include distributing and organizing the tableware. If you need this service, please indicate it in the form.
If you have any questions or special requests, please leave a message at the bottom of the form.
Loss or Damage of Tableware
Please do not mark or label the tableware. If any damage or loss is found after we collect and inventory the items at our facility, additional compensation fees will apply.
Please check the rented tableware before and after the event, and remind participants to return the reusable items. If any containers are found damaged or missing after cleaning, we will charge for the damages.
Tableware Transportation
We offer three delivery methods:
1. Self Pick-up/Return: You can pick up and return your order directly at our workshop (located in Pinehill Village, Tai Po). There’s no delivery fee for this option.
2. Courier Service: We offer delivery via JD Logistics or other couriers. This service is only available for smaller orders and does not guarantee specific delivery times (starting from HKD 100 per one-way trip).
3. Van Transportation: We can arrange dedicated van transport for your order. Fees vary by location (starting from HKD 250 per one-way trip).
