Kelvin at MIECF 2026: Taking ReCube’s Hong Kong Experience Global
At MIECF 2026, Kelvin Tsui was either on stage sharing ReCube’s story or off stage in conversation with industry peers from around the region. One question kept coming up: in a city as efficiency-driven as Hong Kong, how do you get people to adopt reusable containers?
Kelvin’s answer was simple: make it fast, clean, and convenient. That principle has shaped ReCube from day one, and it also became a strong talking point in this cross-border exchange.
During the event, Kelvin built new connections with sustainable material suppliers, explored ideas for lighter and more durable reusable tableware, and learned from successful examples in other cities. Those insights will also help us improve the ReCube app, especially around community interaction and points redemption.
Just as importantly, MIECF gave ReCube a wider platform to share Hong Kong’s reuse story with an international audience. It was a chance to show that local business owners and diners in Hong Kong are already playing a meaningful part in building a greener future.
More updates are on the way after Kelvin’s return, so stay tuned.
